Council 2026-2030
During the campaign, every winner told voters what they would do. These pages write those promises down at the start of the term, then add the public record over the next four years: votes, budgets, motions and what members say at meetings.

How promise tracking works
- A promise is only listed if the person said it in public: their website, a public post, a debate or a news interview. Each one links to where they said it.
- A status only changes when a public record shows something, like a recorded vote or a budget. The record is linked next to the change.
- Moving or seconding a motion is not the same as a vote. We only call it a vote when the vote itself is recorded.
- Changing your mind is not a crime. If a member explains why they changed course, that explanation is included.
- Every council member can send a reply or a correction. Replies are published next to their tracker.
What each status means
| Not yet measured | The term has just started, or there is no public record yet that shows either way. |
| In progress | Council or the member has taken a real step, like a motion or a budget line, but it is not done. |
| Kept | Public records show the promise was carried out. |
| Partly kept | Some of it was done, or it was done in a smaller way than promised. |
| Changed course | The member voted or acted differently from what they promised, and said why (or the reason is recorded). |
| Not kept | Public records show it was not done, or the member acted against it, with no recorded change of plan. |
