Town plans
The town pays experts to write long-term plans for roads, water and sewers, parks and recreation, and more. Here is what each plan says the town should do, and whether it is being done.

How we check a plan is being followed
- Each plan's main actions are listed with the page of the plan they come from.
- An action's progress only changes when a public record shows it: a budget line, a tender, a council decision or a staff report.
- Plans can be changed for good reasons. When council changes course, the reason it gave is listed.
